Sick pay will be paid as follows:

Up to 4 months = One month full pay, No half pay

5-12 Months = One Month full pay, Two Months half pay

During 2nd year = Two Months full pay, Two Months half pay

During 3rd year = Four Months full pay,Four Months half pay

During 4th & 5th years = Five Months full, Five Months half

5 years and over = Six Months full pay, Six Months half pay.

• Full pay is all pensionable pay less Statutory Sick Pay, National Insurance Benefits and Invalidity Benefit, including any dependent allowances.
