FAQsI have been suspended and told by my employer that I must not contact my work colleagues or go to the workplace, can they do this ?The purpose of the suspension is to allow an investigation to take place without any hinderance or interference. It is not unreasonable for your employer to instruct you not to contact your colleagues or go to the workplace. |
